The service

GoodWatch is a personal app for tracking the shows and movies you watch. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Movie and TV information is provided by third parties and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Your content

Your library, ratings, notes, and reviews are yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not use GoodWatch to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights. Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the app or the services it relies on.

Third-party data

GoodWatch uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Availability data is provided by JustWatch. Trademarks and artwork belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodWatch and its makers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
